A2M Store Exchange and Return Policy
The return and exchange policy in the State of Kuwait is subject to the provisions of the executive regulations of Law No. 39/2014 concerning consumer protection. This policy aims to protect consumer rights and ensure that they receive high-quality products and excellent services.
1. Order the product and select the payment method.

2. The customer has the right to exchange or return the product and obtain a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
3. The goods must be in the same condition as when purchased, suitable for resale, and in their original packaging with all accessories.
4. The customer must acknowledge that they have not used the product in any way.
5. The nature of the product must fall under the categories that can be returned or refunded.
6. Gifts provided to the customer upon purchasing the product to be returned must be returned in a sealed package with all accessories included.
7. In the event that an exchange is not possible, the seller is obliged to return the product and refund the price according to the amount specified in the sales invoice and using the same method as used for purchase.
8. The customer has the right to exchange or return when the conditions stipulated in this law are met, even if the goods were purchased during approved discounts by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. In this case, the price of the product mentioned in the purchase invoice will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

What do we mean by Small items ?
This includes almost all items of small and medium size, except for large appliances used in the kitchen or laundry, as well as televisions larger than 43 inches.

What do we mean by Large items ?
The big stuff. Major appliances like dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, ovens, and TVs over 43 inches.
Customers cannot return or exchange goods in the following cases:
- Known Defects: If the consumer is aware of a defect or flaw in the product at the time of purchase and accepts it as is, or if it is the last piece displayed in the store, as indicated on the invoice.
- Return Restrictions: If the specifications or packaging method of the goods prevent their exchange or return, as this may lead to their damage or make it impossible to return them to their original condition, thereby making them unsellable.
- Misuse: In the case of misuse, damage, or incorrect installation of the goods by the customer.
- Missing Components: If the product cannot be reassembled, or if there are missing accessories or components, whether with or without the box, or if the packaging is torn, all items must be in the same condition as when purchased.
- Personal Care Products: In the case of purchasing personal care products (such as sheets, blankets, mattress covers, towels, and mattresses, etc.) due to their nature and for health reasons.
- Force Majeure: A2M Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivering products or any failure to fulfill any obligation as specified in these terms if the cause is wholly or partially due to force majeure events and/or acts of God, whether directly or indirectly, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. For the avoidance of doubt, force majeure events include, without limitation, acts of war, riots, civil war, rebellion, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, or other material natural disasters and/or acts of nature.
